Letters to Women about Cervical Cancer Screening

We send invitation letters to eligible women ages 30 to 69 to book a Pap test. We also send letters to women ages 21 to 69 to inform them of their test results and remind them when it is time to return for screening.

Automatic Enrollment in the Program

Taking part in the program is easy. Women don’t need to do anything to get started because letters will be sent to them automatically.

Along with the invitation, or 30 days before receiving their first result letter, women will be sent a privacy notice ( Keeping Your Personal Health Information Safe and Secure )  to inform them about our cancer screening programs and how their information is protected. This notice also provides our contact information for women who do not want cancer screening letters sent to them or who have questions about cancer screening. They can call us toll-free at 1-866-662-9233 from Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. or send an email to .

Women can change their minds about getting letters at any time.
