Cancer Care Ontario is pleased to invite you to the first ever Synoptic Radiology Reporting Symposium – A View to the Future. This free two day event will bring together radiologists, policy makers, and industry professionals from across the province.

February 26, 2015, 6 pm — 8:30 pm
(Refreshments at 8:30 pm)

This evening session is directed toward radiologists and residents. The focus will be the importance of synoptic reporting in radiology.

This will include:

  • The launch of the new Lung CT Clinical Checklist, as well as training on it
  • An update of the MRI Rectal Template will be provided

Refreshments will be provided.

February 27, 2015 8 am — 3:30 pm

This day is directed toward radiologists, residents, policymakers and industry professionals. The focus of this day will be to discuss Synoptic Reporting in the broader context of the quality agenda.

This will include:

  • Sharing results on the current state of synoptic reporting in province
  • Insights from the experts in Surgery and Pathology about their experiences with Synoptic Reporting.
  • Vision for the future of radiology from the two distinguished key note speakers, Dr. Chuck Kahn from the Radiological Society of North America and Dr. Eliot Siegel from the University of Maryland
